Iveta Veselá, MD, is an experienced anaesthesiologist with more than 30 years of experience who specializes in perioperative care, cardiac anaesthesia and intensive care medicine. During her career, she has gained extensive experience at leading institutions in Slovakia and abroad.

After graduating from the Faculty of Medicine of Comenius University in Bratislava in 1993, she worked as an anaesthesiologist at the National Institute of Cardiac and Vascular Diseases in Bratislava, where she became a cardiac anaesthesiologist in 2000. Subsequently, she expanded her practice in Herzzentrum Leipzig (Germany), where she worked in anaesthesia and intensive care medicine.

Since 2021 she has been working in the Chronic Respiratory Insufficiency Unit at Agelclinic and since 2024 she has been part of the anaesthesiology team at the FRAIS clinic.

Her professional profile is complemented by regular participation in congresses and educational programs, where she is involved in transesophageal echocardiography, emergency sonography and lung sonography.
