For me the best clinic in BA. Upon arrival, you will be quickly handled without waiting by a friendly receptionist who will also give you advice if you don’t know something or have any questions. This is a big plus because you will create a good impression from the moment you arrive. Every doctor there is a professional when it comes to the work they do, if you have any concerns or any uncertainties they will also advise and reassure you. You don’t get the impression like almost everywhere else that everything is fast and they turn around XY people in an hour. I really have only ever had a positive experience there. Thank you.

Our experience at the clinic was perfect and we couldn’t have made a better decision. My 7 year old daughter underwent ear correction – otroplasty, under the guidance of Mudr. Beleja. The whole process from the very first consultation was pleasant, hassle-free and very friendly – tailored to my daughter’s age. It’s rare to find a doctor who is sympathetic even to a child’s fears, so the child doesn’t have doctors as scarecrows :). We are extremely grateful for the care our daughter received at the clinic, thanks in part to Paula from marketing who set up a literally magical room for our daughter and became her real adult friend. The result of the surgery is perfect and we are really very satisfied.

I underwent a procedure at the clinic with which I am very satisfied Dr. Belej is excellent in his work. The whole team frais are super 😇 Super communication from the appointment to the surgery itself 🙈 nurses golden ladies I definitely recommend this clinic with all ten ✨ And I was not the last time here !🙃

The first time I was in Frais I left very disappointed, but within a couple of days I was immediately contacted by Mrs. Paula Kentošová, who wanted to know what the problem was, etc. We solved the problem, so this time great satisfaction thank you 👌🏻

The attitude of the staff is really amazing! I just left there today after my procedure and I can’t say enough… Such great people who were nonstop helpful. Most of all I would like to thank the nurse, Timaeus (I don’t know her last name unfortunately) who took care of me for the whole 24 hours. I was not at my best and whenever I rang her she came with a smile, whether it was four o’clock in the morning or in the afternoon. Dr. Dziuban was very nice (I can’t rate the work yet because I’m stuck, post rhinoplasty). Also Mrs. Dr. Lacova is very nice and also her colleague Mrs. anesthesiologist ( I don’t know her name), Mrs. nurse Ivetka and also the marketing department has amazing people ❤️.
