There are many options for arm strengthening. One of the most suitable methods is laser tightening.

It is a method in which a laser fiber is introduced into the subcutaneous tissue through a small hole with a special cannula, which treats the zone where there is overhang and fat deposits. In this overhanging zone, the influence of the laser does two things – it gently melts the adipose tissue and then stimulates collagen production very intensively. Tissue remodeling occurs, which is already beautifully visible after a month.

Laser tightening is also commonly used on other areas of the body. In addition to excess fat on the face, you can also get rid of it on the legs or arms.

In the zone of the so-called gopher, it sculpts the contours around the temples and in the area of the nasolabial groove, chin or neck, but it also firms the arms, legs and is used to eliminate cellulite. The treatment belongs to outpatient.

Other options for arm firming are fractional needle radiofrequency, thread mesotherapy, erbium resurfacing, or other treatments as recommended by your physician.

Pigmentations appear on the skin when the pigmentation mechanism is disturbed by increased melanin production. If melanin appears in excessive amounts, it is not evenly distributed over the surface of the skin, it accumulates in some places and this leads to the formation of unaesthetic and unpleasant pigment spots. This problem often occurs in pregnancy – a consequence of hormonal changes, when taking hormonal contraceptives, thyroid diseases, excessive sunbathing without sufficient UV protection factor, and the natural occurrence of pigment spots at an older age.

Pigmentation can occur on the skin all over the body, but most commonly on the face, neck, décolletage and backs of the hands.

For the treatment of pigmentation spots we use several methods in our clinic – starting with chemical peels, through the treatment of pigmentation with mesotherapy with a special mixture of drugs aimed at harmonizing the color tone and removing pigmentation, treatment of pigmentation spots with intense pulsed light (IPL), up to the treatment of keratotic pigmentation with a microfractional CO2 laser.

Chemical peeling removes the top layer of damaged skin layers. Within a few treatments we achieve softening, colour unification and improvement of the skin’s appearance, reduction of pores, reduction of oiliness and thus prevention of acne formation. Several types of active ingredients are used for skin treatment. Following the consultation, the doctor will recommend the most suitable solution for you.

Cryotherapy – liquid nitrogen therapy. This method is suitable for sporadic age pigment spots. It is repeated several times.

IPL – the procedure uses light of a precisely defined wavelength to destroy pigment cells. The procedure itself takes a few minutes, you can feel a faint pinch of the rubber band. The pigmentation darkens after the procedure and disappears after three to four weeks. Depending on the depth and intensity of pigmentation, the procedure must be repeated.

Laser – we use microfractionated CO2 laser during the treatment. During the treatment, small crusts are formed at the treatment site, which are gradually removed over the next 7 days. Depending on the depth and intensity of pigmentation, the procedure must be repeated. To maintain a long-lasting effect, it is recommended to use quality sunscreens with high UV filters and avoid intense sun exposure.

Mesotrapia is designed to treat pigmentation, removes blemishes and unifies skin tone (a mixture of ascorbic acid, pyruvic acid, phytic acid, kojic acid). It is designed for skin with blemishes, non-uniform skin after menopause, dull skin without brightness.

Subablative fractional radiofrequency (SFR) – depth-controlled epidermal fractional ablation, with simultaneous delivery of heat deep into the subcutaneous layer (dermis). Subablative fractional radiofrequency therapy is used to treat the signs of skin aging. Since this therapy does not use light-based technologies, the treatment is suitable for all skin types. It is therefore possible to treat people with a darker phototype or with a light tan where laser therapy cannot be used. The treatment is used to rejuvenate the face, neck, décolletage and hands. The treatment is used for pigmentation removal, face and body lifting, wrinkle reduction or pore tightening.

We use hyaluronic acid to revitalize the hands in aesthetic medicine. It is a substance that is inherent in the body, only due to ageing, the human body experiences a loss of it. Luminera Hydryalix Volume hyaluronic acid is injected using a thin cannula. This will replenish the missing volume in the skin tissues so that the coils and tendons do not overflow. Thanks to this, your hands will look fresh, tender and youthful again.

Another option for hand rejuvenation is the healing blend Meso Glow by FRAIS, which harnesses the power of multiple factors. It contains cross-linked and uncross-linked hyaluronic acid in combination with mannitol. Mannitol acts in the skin as a powerful antioxidant and free oxygen radical scavenger. Uncross-linked hyaluronic acid intensively hydrates the skin and stimulates new collagen production. It can gently remove and smooth away small skin imperfections. Cross-linked hyaluronic acid has the properties of an implant. It is able to lift the tissue and hold its shape.

The unique Q-switched laser is suitable for removing any permanent makeup and tattoos. The laser produces short flashes that pass through the top layer of the skin without breaking it. Light of different wavelengths is absorbed by the pigment of the tattoo ink and is subsequently scattered, or the pigment is broken down into small particles.

Tattoo removal is undergone several times until the pigment is completely removed. It is a longer, but at the same time long-term process.

The damaged colour particles are removed by the skin’s immune system or peeled off together with the damaged surface cells. With each subsequent treatment, the depth to which the laser works increases and the tattoos in the lower layers of the skin are removed.

This laser can remove even the deepest and most problematic coloured tattoos. After the treatment, the skin may become red and crusty, but these soon fall off. Small scars may remain on the skin after the entire removal process.

Sweating is a physiological process that thermoregulates the body. At the same time, waste products of metabolism are eliminated from the body through the sweat glands. There are roughly 4 million sweat glands in the human body, which regulate body temperature by controlling perspiration through eccrine sweat glands and by regulating blood flow to the skin. In addition to changes in body temperature, the thermoregulatory centre responds to hormonal activity, physical activity, emotions and endogenous pyrogens.

Excessive sweating can also have other causes. Hyperhidrosis is a chronic disease that arises as a result of a disorder of the autonomic nervous system. This disorder is most pronounced in areas with the highest concentration of eccrine sweat glands such as the palms, soles and especially the armpits. Rarer sites are the scalp and face. Patients suffering from excessive sweating have a sweat production several times higher and their response to emotional stress or physical strain is higher than in the healthy population. Hyperhidrosis often leads to occupational, physical and especially psychological discomfort.

By administering botulinum toxin we can affect excessive sweating, but we can also affect physiological sweating just as successfully. After the procedure, sweating remains, but only to a reasonable extent. Botulinum toxin only blocks the eccrine sweat glands, while it does not affect the apocrine glands. However, these are minimal in number.

The effect of botulinum toxin appears from 2 to 14 days and persists for 6 to 10 months.

Excessive sweating is affected by other methods besides botulinum toxin. The overall treatment of hyperhidrosis includes the administration of medication and surgical treatment (includes endoscopic trans-thoracic sympathectomy, laser ablation, surgical excision or subcutaneous liposuction). Aluminum salts in the form of antiperspirants and iontophoresis are used for topical treatment.
