For rejuvenation of the décolleté, the fractional CO2 laser is the most suitable. This is the latest trend in non-surgical rejuvenating, yet invasive treatments. It consists of modern laser technology of dermabrasion, or sanding of the skin surface. The skin after resurfacing is firmer and healthier, with a unification of color tone, texture, while stimulating the formation of collagen. Fractional technology causes only partial ablation of the skin surface, ensuring faster healing from the surrounding undamaged skin. The procedure can be performed in the form of a micropeel, so-called. refresh or classic resurfacing.

During the treatment, therapeutic laser micro-rays act on the skin in the form of a grid on the upper and middle layer of the skin with several effects: immediate skin tightening – lifting effect, softening of age-related facial wrinkles, removal of pigmentation (sun and age-related), rebuilding and formation of new collagen for 6 months after the procedure.

Thanks to the use of fractional technology, only a part of the skin – the treated part – is exposed to the laser radiation. The undamaged area surrounding the individual irradiated microbodies promotes and accelerates the natural healing of the treated zone. However, the beneficial effects of the laser radiation act on the entire area of the skin with minimal discomfort.

Laser treatment can also remove fat in the chin. We use the LipoLife 3G laser. Local anaesthesia is sufficient and the result is visible immediately after the procedure, while the skin remains firm, elastic and taut. The removed adipose tissue is no longer regenerated. Suitable areas for laser liposuction are not only the chin but also the abdomen, hips, outer and inner thighs or knees.

The LipoLife 3G device works on the principle of laser radiation with a wavelength of 1470 nm. We can target the water in the soft tissue of the treated area. The instrument has a higher absorbance in water and fat than all other competing instruments. This results in very efficient fat extraction with minimal tissue damage.

The special Angel light fibre, which is part of the device, is able, thanks to its circular emission, to act on the site with low-density energy. This has several advantages. The risk of skin burns is minimised, the energy is evenly distributed over the entire surface of the treated area, so fat cells are removed more quickly, a larger area of tissue is covered, and the entire procedure is accelerated. At the same time, the aforementioned radiation of the filament in a circle allows us to safely, uniformly and effectively turn off your skin during the procedure.

The effect of LipoLife 3G laser liposuction is visible immediately after the procedure and then develops over the following weeks. The final result of the procedure is visible after approximately 6 months. Liposuction has a permanent effect, which means that subcutaneous fat cells will no longer settle on the areas in question.

The need to repeat the procedure is when using CO2 laser once every half a year, in the case of LipoLife 3G it is a permanent solution without the need to repeat the procedure. The length of the procedure and the healing time depend on this. The CO2 laser treatment takes approximately 30 minutes and healing takes several days, in the case of LipoLife 3G 2 hours and the healing time is between 6 and 8 weeks.

The aim of the treatment is complete regeneration and firming of the skin by a suitable combination of four treatment methods.

In each of them we act on a different layer of tissue, which results in a synergistic effect and the skin is beautifully tightened and restored. A unique benefit compared to other rejuvenation techniques is 1. the part of the treatment that takes place intraorally, i.e. on the inside of the cheeks and mouth. The effect of intraoral 4D laser lifting develops gradually. It is visible in 2 to 3 months, when the remodeling of collagen fibers and the formation of bonds between individual fibers occurs. Performance can be combined with cosmetic treatments, combination with filling materials is not suitable.

This method evolved from auto-haemotherapy – i.e. treatment with one’s own blood, which is used to increase immunity, and later began to be used in dentistry to regenerate gums affected by chronic inflammation, in orthopaedics, traumatology and in the treatment of pain in degenerative joint diseases. In the treatment with enriched blood plasma, the most important biorevitalizing role is played by the platelets that are present in the blood.
