At the sweet age of 18, most of her female peers could already boast feminine curves, or more accurately, curves. Although no one blamed her flat chest for her active sports, she was increasingly bothered by her boyish figure. "At that time, I already knew that I couldn't expect miracles and that my breasts wouldn't grow any bigger. Unfortunately, my feminine self-esteem suffered quite significantly. I was sorry that I couldn't have nice breasts like many other women. I guess that's where the idea, or rather the desire, to have a breast lift was born," says Simona, now 23, who decided to have a breast lift at the FRAIS Institute of Health and Beauty in Bratislava. She put herself in the hands of a renowned plastic surgeon MUDr. Martina Dziubana, who has more than 25 years of experience in the field and is also known from the TV show 10 Years Younger.

"I chose the clinic and the doctor on the internet, because references are important in such a big intervention. At first I was worried about how I would react to the anaesthesia, what the result of the operation would be, whether I would be in pain. These are things that every woman considering surgery will probably think about. After a thorough study of the references, Dr Dziuban caught my eye. By having years of experience with breast augmentation, my fears were greatly reduced. I knew I would be in good hands and I decided to follow my dream - a perfect cleavage," explains Simona honestly.

She didn't say anything at home

At home, however, she didn't say anything to anyone. Not even to a friend he's been with for years. "I only got it out of my system when everything was arranged and the date for the operation was set," she adds. Breast augmentation with silicone implants was therefore her decision and hers alone. "It should really always be a woman's decision. She has to be comfortable with the fact that she wants to undergo surgery," agrees plastic surgeon MUDr. Martin Dziuban. Similarly, although a woman can say what size implants she would like, the final decision should always be made in consultation with her doctor so that the new breasts do not appear unnatural to her figure. "I didn't want anything big, but just right, natural to the figure," says Simona. After measuring her cleavage, her ideas matched the doctor's recommendations.

Choosing the most suitable breast implants

At the FRAIS clinic Simona had the opportunity to try the size of her new breasts live. "She got an easier idea of the size of her new cleavage thanks to the so-called. sizers," says Dr. Dziuban. These are special pads that you can insert into your bra and try out how your new breasts will look in a T-shirt, for example. And what was Simona's reaction? "I was like, 'Wow, this is going to be a blast,'" she laughs. The choice of implants was important to her not only in terms of size but also shape. "I ride a motorcycle. How was "D-Day"

On the day of the operation it was not easy for Simona. Worried and stressed about how everything would go, but with a lot of support from a friend, she crossed the threshold of the FRAIS clinic in the morning. She filled out the necessary forms and relaxed in the patient room before the surgery. "I was scared of the general anaesthesia and also the outcome of the surgery," she confides. That's why it was important for her to be reassured by the doctor that she had nothing to worry about and to have the procedure explained to her step by step. After that, all she remembers is waking up and asking the anesthesiologist how she slept. "I had no pain after the surgery, I just felt pressure on my chest," she adds. After a few hours of resting in her room, the nurse helped her to stand up and walk around a bit, then in the evening she went home with her partner.

What was the partner's reaction

Although, as she reveals, her boyfriend was initially shocked by the decision, he was very supportive of her after the surgery. For the almost two weeks that she had to switch to rest mode, he carefully helped her with everything. Of course, he was also curious about the result, as Simona had to wear a compression bra for a few weeks after the surgery. "When I took it off, he remained amazed. He is very happy with the result," he laughs.

What has changed

Can a new cleavage really change your life? Absolutely yes, Simona is living proof of that. "I can recommend breast augmentation to every woman who is not satisfied with the size or the size of her breasts. the shape of her breasts, just like I was. The feeling of no longer having to hide your small breasts gives you incredible energy," she explains. As she points out, she never took plastic surgery as an opportunity to flaunt her busty breasts. "I just wanted to feel feminine. It's amazing that I can buy bras two sizes bigger. Often girls are afraid to deal with this problem, afraid to undergo the procedure for fear of whether it will hurt and, most importantly, how the surroundings would react. I was expecting mixed feelings from the people around me, but they reacted very positively," says Simona. Of course, when she still wore a compression bra, she wore loose t-shirts, but nowadays her beautifully shaped cleavage stands out in any t-shirt or dress. "My friends suddenly lost their fear of asking directly how the operation went and that they could do it too," says Simona, beaming with happiness. Recently, she even got a modeling offer for a swimsuit photo shoot.

Every woman has several turning points in her life, and the wedding is undoubtedly one of them. Beata agrees with this statement and it was the wedding that motivated her to change her appearance more. She realized that even though she is a mother of 2 small children, who have been "fully employed" on maternity leave for a year and a half, her face doesn't have to look tired and worn out. Therefore, she entrusted herself to our experts and underwent several beautifying procedures at the clinic.

A brighter look and a wrinkle-free smile

Beáta had beautiful big eyes all her life, but with sleepless nights and years they became smaller, her vision became dimmer and her eyelids began to fall. Experienced plastic surgeon MUDr. Martin Dziuban he recommended her to remove this beauty defect by plastic surgery of the eyelids. "It is a unique method that achieves the removal of upper and lower eyelid skin overhangs, as well as eyelid bags. The surgery corrects excess skin, forehead fat and muscle instability of the eyelids," says a plastic surgeon with more than 25 years of experience. Beáta underwent upper eyelid surgery under local anaesthesia, the procedure lasted approximately 60 minutes. "Thanks to the doctor and the clinic staff, I had a very good experience, even with a smile," says Beata. And she smiles to this day, because she is no longer bothered by the wrinkles between her eyebrows. "Beata also had more pronounced wrinkles leading from her nose to her mouth (the so-called nasolabial wrinkles), so we filled them with hyaluronic acid. Then we continued with the application of botulinum toxin into the eye area," explains the director of our clinic MUDr. Vanda Przewlocka, PhD. The effect of botulinum toxin, i.e. the removal of mimic wrinkles, occurs 2 to 5 days after the procedure and is fully visible within 7 days. The effect persists for 3 to 6 months after the first administration, prolonging after repeated applications. Beata's dream of full and symmetrical lips also came true.

"I have to say that I feel that people look at me completely differently. I am very happy with my new look because I look younger and the change is not unnatural," Beáta is happy.

Attention was also paid to cleavage

The last procedure Beata underwent was the Dracula therapy, which beautifully revived not only her face, but also her cleavage. The principle of the procedure is the application of blood plasma. The wedding turned out great

Many women are afraid of similar procedures, but as Beata herself said, any fears are unnecessary, because everything goes quickly and almost completely painless. The wedding bells for Beata and her husband rang out in the presence of hundreds of guests on the second of June at Pajštún. All eyes were on the newlyweds and many guests were impressed by Beata's rejuvenated look. "The positive reactions of the people around me to my new look are still coming even after the wedding and they are really very pleasant. The change has given me new life energy and also self-confidence. Many of my friends have already asked me how I managed to rejuvenate so quickly," says Beata, beaming with happiness.
